Linda Joyce Boyd, 83, of Flint, passed through Heavens Gate on Monday afternoon, Decemeber 30, 2024. A Graveside service will be conducted on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery, in Tyler, to begin at 1:00pm. Services will be under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home. Pastor Matt Gregory will officate the service.

Linda was born in Tyler, Texas, on March 17, 1941, to parents Oren and Marion Garrett. Linda spent many years serving as an office worker for Garrett's RV Center. Linda was a mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and friend to so many people.

Linda is preceded by her Father, Oren Garrett, Mother, Marion Garrett, and a great-grandchild, Caleb.

She is survived by her Husband, Jimmy Dan Boyd, Son, Steven Boyd, Son, Danny Boyd, Sister, Sandy Gatlin, Granddaughter, Kelsi Boyd, Granddaughter, Melodie Washburn, Granddaughter, Adrienne Wiseman, and great-grandchildren, Hayden, Sterling, Tate, Myles, Alesia, Duncan.
