Mary Lynn Tompkins: age 81 went to be with her  Lord and Savior on August 25, 2020.  She is survived  by her husband of 63 yrs Jack Tompkins. One son and daughter in law, Wayne and Norma Tompkins. Two grand children Shawntae Moore and husband Danny Moore, Joshua Tompkins and wife Lauren Tompkins. Three great grand children, Makalyn Moore, Riley Tompkins, and Raylan Moore, and 1 sister Patsy Williams.

Mary was born to Bettie Mae and J.C. Strickland on January 31, 1939 in Tyler Tx. She graduated from Tyler High School and worked as an office manager for Shtofman Shoe Company for 35 years. 

She was preceded in death by one son Larry Douglas Tompkins, one great grand daughter McKenna Moore, her four brothers and Mother and Father. 

Mary and Jack were married on March 15, 1957. Upon retirement she loved to travel, camp and hunt. She dearly loved time with her grandkids and great grandkids. 

Services will be held at Noonday Baptist Church on 8-31-2020 at 10 am burial will be held at the Cathedral of the Pines in Tyler Texas.
